• Real-time, branded trade confirmations generated for all executions
• Account and contact level controls
• Download and email client confirmations, or provide access through the portal
• Your team and your customers can access all historic confirmations

This product release improves the user experience, increases scalability with improved trade volume support, and a new feature that allows users to customize email body and text to give sales traders more control over the messages that reach end clients.

User Experience Enhancements

• Decoupling of confirmation generation from emails. This allows our customers to generate confirmations without having them emailed out to the end client. This ensures auditability and historical tracking without disrupting end clients who do not want emails.
• Ability to set custom copy within email templates. This enables our customer’s to own the messaging that is sent to their end clients.

Technical Improvements

• As we migrated the infrastructure supporting this feature, we now should be able to process 10x more confirmations than previously. This means that customers can have full confidence that our infrastructure will scale to their needs.
• Furthermore, our testing suite has been upgraded, which will help ensure we have less bugs/issues going forward.
